Packaging Your Device

JT in partnership with WeBuyAnyPhone.com gives you more ways to transport your tech. Choose from:

Package your device and take it to the Post Office using an emailed QR code

Print your own label

Carefully package up your device(s) and follow the instructions in your welcome email.

Include your order number when using other postage methods

If you choose to use your own postage method to send your device to us, you must include your order number. Otherwise, we won't know whose device it is and we won't be able to pay you!

Do you want the accessories and box?

You don’t need to include any chargers, headphones or other accessories.
Please be aware any packaging (including boxes) or other items included with your device may be disposed of.

How many devices can I send at one time?

If you trading in more than 1 device, we’ll send you a unique QR code or label for each. To ensure your devices get to us safely we recommend sending 1 device per package. If you're a business customer with a larger quantity of devices, call 033 3049 2847 to arrange free secure collection.
